Quam Properties Hawaii is available to you seven days a week from our office located at Napili Plaza. Please call us at 665-1315 during business hours or call 283-3925 after hours if you have any questions. We look forward to making your visit to Maui a memorable experience!

- Please contact Quam Properties Hawaii regarding any maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, or supplies. We manage this unit for the owner. The office on property will not assist you.
- MAID SERVICE- Your maid service is incoming and outgoing only. No daily maid service is included in your rental rate. Housekeeping services are available at an additional cost. Starter supplies are provided but not replenished. Supplies include dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, tissue, toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo, and trash can liners.
- SMOKING- We ask that if you smoke, please do so outdoors as smoking is not permitted in any of our rental accommodations.
- DAMAGE- Any damages caused by a guest will be the responsibility of the guest to repair, replace, or reimburse. Should the owner have to sue for damages, the guest will be responsible for damages, all court costs and attorney fees.
- Quam Properties Hawaii is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

- Upon departure please: Leave keys in unit. Turn off all lights, appliances, ceiling fans, and all other electrical items to help conserve electricity.
