To begin with, all of our Honua Kai Konea vacation rentals are suites from a roomy Studio Suite with approximately 595 sq. ft. to a palatial 2,650 sq. ft. Specialty Suite. Each suite features a private bathroom for each bedroom and so many more unexpected luxuries.
The bedrooms contain large beds with ergonomic mattresses and top-quality sheets. You’ll have plenty of room for all those colorful shirts you’ll buy because our bedroom closets are huge. If you don’t feel like lugging your entire wardrobe along, you can just take a few things and wash your clothes in our washers and dryers. Our bathrooms are sparkling clean, come with up to date showers, sunken tubs and his and hers sinks. Each of our properties is regularly cleaned and sanitized to ensure it is ready for your stay.
A stone entryway welcomes you, setting the stage for the natural teak and travertine you’ll find throughout your spacious residence. Your professionally equipped gourmet kitchen gleams with high-end Bosch appliances. You can serve the delicious meal you prepare on the dishes that we provide around our large dinner table or dine on your private patio.
At night, you can gather in the sunken living room around the high definition flat screen television and watch a movie or just sit and make plans for the next day. You can post pictures of your trip on social media with the high-speed internet we provide.
If ocean swimming is not your style, you can take a splash in our clean and cool swimming pool or relax in a hot tub. You will never have to hunt around for a parking space as our Honua Kai Konea vacation rentals come with off-street parking.

The stay at the Sands of Kahana #264 (Quam Properties) was excellent! The rental was beautiful, clean and a fantastic ocean view (great for whale spotting and sunset views!). The property managers were great to work with and absolutely no issues. We loved our stay and love Maui! We highly recommend.

We had a lovely time. Our condo on ground level was perfect and the sunset views were superb. Good location close to market and restaurants. Only negative is the very difficult access to ocean for snorkeling. I slipped on the rocks and cut my foot seriously and had to patch it up by dr. I have mixed feelings whether your company should construct an easier access but then too many people will pack the bay. The bay was lovely. Saw turtles every time we snorkeled, 8 times. We'll be back and bring sturdy water shoes for the rocks.

We had a fantastic stay at Napili Kai #320! We always stay in Lani 1 or 2, and never disappoints! The room was perfect and also had a washer/dryer in the unit (such a bonus)! Views are the best in the entire resort, with a mostly private grass lawn in front and no unit above or below!! That said, the bed in the master was so squeaky, anytime the person on the "ocean side" of the bed moved, it woke the other person up. The bed was comfortable enough, just too noisy. Everything else about the unit was perfect! Very well stocked with lots of dishes to make meals (crock pot, blender, pots & pans and glass bowls, etc...). Would definitely stay here again (just hoping the noisy bed could be fixed)❤️Mahalo❤️
