Kapalua Ridge Villa 812 full of Hawaiian charm, this spacious, comfortable and modern condo has sweeping ocean views from every room and lanai. Walk or take the Kapalua Shuttle to the Beach, Golf, Restaurants, trail heads or the general store. Beach chairs, umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen, towels and linens provided. Free reading library and Weber gas BBQ’s available for guest use at the adjacent pool house. The unit has air conditioning, free high speed wireless internet and cable TV. Bedding is 2 Cal King's and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 1778sqft. Minimum 4-night stay.
There is a $325.00 cleaning fee. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates, Free Parking. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
