Noodles, local-style bento bowls, sushi, burgers, and salads make up their abbreviated lunch menu, offered during weekdays only. The dinner menu is much more extensive. Order several small plates perfect for tasting and sharing, such as the miso butterfish or Asian French fries with furikake and wasabi aioli. Nuka Bowls with your choice of meat over rice and a variety of toppings and sauces are a great way to go for your main dish. They also offer an extensive specialty roll menu, as well as sushi and sashimi.

Nuka is located on Maui’s North Shore in the town of Haiku at 780 Haiku Road. They are open for lunch Monday-Friday from 10:30am-2:30pm and for dinner daily from 4:30pm-10pm. Nuka in Maui does not accept reservations and tables tend to fill up quickly, so be prepared for a possible wait. In order to be seated, your entire party must be present.
