Each bedroom features a luxurious King bed and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in, glass showers, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample storage and organizational space, and an oversized granite countertop perfect for meal prep. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a Queen sleeper sofa, making it perfect for families or groups. Kaanapali Royal P301 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawai'i providing concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
