Vacation Rental Description

Kapalua Ridge Villa 2522 is a charming one bedroom two bathroom upstairs Ridge Villa unit. Very spacious lanai with views toward the mountain, golf course, and ocean. You will find comfortable seating in the living room, including the Queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun outdoor day! The blackout curtains offer a late start to the early and bright mornings when needed. Take advantage of the free high-speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, and AC throughout the condo. Great views from the main level and the upstairs bedroom suite. Very spacious lanai with views toward the mountain, golf course, and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped, with optimal storage space and stainless steel appliances

The bedroom offers a Cal-King bed, and is lined with oversized windows that allow lots of natural light, but also feature blackout curtains, and has a small private lanai! 
The master bathroom features a large bathtub, and the separate vanity features oversized mirrors and tile countertops that offer plenty of storage. The second bathroom is located downstairs that has a walk-in shower and vanity area.

There is also a stackable washer and dryer which provides additional convenience during your stay.

Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more!

1,229 sq ft. 4-night minimum stay. There is a $215.00 cleaning fee.

All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the rental amount.
Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates. 

You may cancel outside of 30 days of arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee. 
 

The Ridge pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Ridge only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice.  
**Construction special May 18- July 15, 2023** . Please be advised Unit 2521 is scheduled to begin kitchen remodeling May 18, 2023.  The job is expected to be completed by mid-July 2023. Noise work is between the hours of 9 – 5pm, Monday – Friday.  Saturday is quiet work and Sunday/Holidays is no work.
