The project consists of two major parts: 1) Replacement of the garage roof waterproof barrier, and 2) Repair of damaged and spalled concrete beams in the garage.
The process is similar to re-roofing a building, except portions of the garage roof are covered by soil and landscaping that must first be removed. The affected areas, which extend several yards around the perimeter of both buildings, will be divided into four zones and repaired one at a time. Perimeter fencing and safety barriers will be installed around the active work area, walkways and lanais. A mini excavator and hand tools will be used to remove the soil and landscaping to expose the garage roof. A new waterproof barrier will be installed and a sealant heated on site and applied. Finally, soils and landscaping are replaced. The process will be disruptive and cause noise, dust, and produce odors similar to heated asphalt or tar. After waterproofing of a zone is complete, the repair to the concrete below in the garage can begin. Spall repair uses jackhammers, concrete saws, rotor hammers, and the like. It can be expected that the noise and vibration will permeate and carry throughout both buildings.. very disruptive to our owners and guests, but unavoidable. Construction is scheduled to begin on March 27th and continue through December 6th. Construction hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The contractor will be allowed to do preparation and quiet work from 7:30am to 8:00am. The goal is to maintain access to the pool area as much as possible, however the contractor will be moving equipment between excavation work areas and the equipment staging area on the north lawn. They may need to block access to the pool and grills during these times and possibly other times.

This property doesn’t have a/c, but each room is adorned with a ceiling fan, and the West Maui trade winds are sure to keep you cool. This condominium features a fully-equipped kitchen and an in-suite washer and dryer and is stocked well with bath towels, beach towels, a beach chairs cooler, and more! Minimum 4-night stay. There is a $300.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates
Standard Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel outside the 30 days before your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.
