NyloS offers three-course meals and does not have a traditional menu. Each evening, the chef chooses which meals will be offered, meaning you can eat at the NyloS Restaurant several times during your stay and never have the same meal. NyloS Restaurant is located in Maui’s charming north shore surfing town of Paia at 115 Baldwin Ave. They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30pm-10pm and are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Reservations are required. The three-course prix fixe menu is $85 per person, and you can call ahead with any dietary restrictions.
