Welcome to the table! An experience at Chef’s Table Restaurant seats you at a communal table in an intimate environment with other like-minded foodies. Lush tropical plants, farmland, and mountain views surround this beautiful outdoor eating area. Although it can vary, menus usually include six courses. Between courses and sometimes during the meal, the chef shares his inspiration for the dish, as well as from where the ingredients were locally sourced, allowing participants to learn more about Maui’s fertile land and local growers.
Specific menu items vary from evening to evening based on the availability of fresh ingredients as well as the chef’s culinary inspiration and creativity. Along with the evening’s full food menu, a pour of sparkling wine, a cup of coffee, bread service, and gratuity for the food menu are also included.

Maui Chef’s Table is located in the town of Waikapu at 1670 Honoapi’ilani Hwy. Children must be at least 11 years old to attend. The event begins at 6pm and lasts approximately 2.5 hours. Tickets are $150 per person and must be booked in advance. Allergies and dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated in this format, so those who may fall into this category might have a more pleasant experience at The Mill House, their full-service restaurant located on the same property.
