Formerly a camp store in the 1920’s for plantation workers working in the surrounding pineapple fields, Hali’imaile General Store operated as butcher shop, fish market, post office, and clothing and household appliance shop. Today it is operated by Bev Gannon, one of Hawaii’s most heralded chefs.

This restaurant is known for its Pacific regional cuisine, serving up locally relevant dishes. Choose from a variety of sandwiches, salads, and entrees on the lunch menu. Try the coconut fish curry made with fresh fish or the kalua pork enchilada pie, an ingenious blend of Hawaiian and Mexican cuisines.
