The Hali’imaile Distilling Company prides itself on using local ingredients in their beverages, including Maui Gold pineapples, Hawaiian spring water, and Hawaiian botanicals. Each of their spirits are distilled in-house and are completed in small batches.

This area has been home to sugar cane fields as well as pineapple fields that have been harvested for more than a century. The pineapples that are grown surrounding Hali’imaile Distilling Company are used in their PAU Maui Vodka.
In addition to their PAU Maui Vodka, the Hali’imaile Distilling Company also offers Paniolo Blended Whiskey, which also includes locally grown pineapple as an ingredient, Fid Street Hawaiian Gin, which includes local botanicals and fruits, and Mahina Premium Rum, which includes an infusion of Kona Coffee.
Planning Your Excursion
The Hali’imaile Distilling Company is located in northern Maui, approximately 15 minutes east of Kahului in the town of Makawao at 883 Hali’imaile Rd. Tours are offered daily and last about 30-45 minutes with a cost of $10 per person. Children are permitted on tours and are free for ages 12 and under. Guests 21 and over can enjoy complimentary tastings of the Hali’imaile Distilling Company’s products during the tour.
