This unit has a clean and fresh aesthetic, in the living room, you will find comfortable seating, including the Queen sleeper sofa, an LCD flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors and incredible scenic views, large floor to ceiling lanai doors accessing your lanai.  Take advantage of the complimentary high-speed wireless internet, free unlimited calling to US and Canada, ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite slab countertops, custom cabinetry with optimal storage, stainless steel appliances, and peekaboo seascape views!

The bathroom features a sizable walk-in, tiled shower, with accent windows for natural light. Get ready dual sink vanity with an oversized mirror, granite countertops, and plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area.

Wake up to breathtaking seascape views from the comfort of your Cal-King mattress, as your master suite is lined with oversized floor to ceiling windows, and personal access leading to your small, secluded lanai!

There is also a stackable washer and dryer int the unit, which provides additional convenience and independence during your stay. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more!

Bedding is 1 Cal King & 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 1100 sq. ft.  Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates.  You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee.  GE/TA # 169-019-1872-02
