Vacation Rental Description

Kahana Reef 406!  Updated direct ocean front 1 bedroom condo in West Maui.  This private, top floor suite at Kahana Reef offers sweeping, direct oceanfront views towards the islands of Lanai and Molokai.  Tastefully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite.  Fully equipped kitchen that has been updated with new stainless steel appliances and back-splash.  There is also new carpet, new photographic art and new paint   Other extras include flat screen high definition TV, free long distance to U.S. and Canada and free wireless internet. Watch whales (seasonal), dolphins and turtles from the living room. 1 King bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa.  610sqft. Minimum 4 night rental. Different minimum stays during Christmas & New Year's. Daily maid service is an additional charge. 14.42% State Taxes added to all rates.  Plus cleaning and 3% processing fee. 

** SEAWALL REPAIR SPECIAL ** 
The Kahana Reef complex is in the middle of repairing the seawall. Phase 1 has been completed.  Phase 2 will begin June 1, 2019.   Some of the things you may expect during construction:  Construction hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm, with heavy construction starting after 9am. Depending on the tide, sometimes the work will start earlier than 8am. The work will require heavy machinery. The work will be loud and disruptive.  Part of the work is the removal of existing concrete which will require hammering. South area of parking lot will lose parking spaces to construction equipment and supplies. Parking may be a little tight and if necessary, the one car per unit policy will be enforced.  Makai lawn areas will be off limits in and around the construction area, beginning at the south end.
The pool may or may not be closed at some point. That will be determined as work moves closer to the pool area..
