We want to thank you for our wonderful stay at Kapalua Bay Villa 12B3. This was perhaps our most relaxed and enjoyable business trip to Hawaii. We thank you especially for allowing us to stay in the Villa we selected. Thanks to Valerie for the terrific arrival information and for the reservations at the Feast of Lele. We loved the feast and the dancing in such a gorgeous setting. This was truly a highlight for us. The Villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable as it could be. We loved having the ocean view from both the upper bedroom and the living area. We enjoyed eating out on the lower lanai, and we said goodnight to the stars each evening on the upper lanai. Our walks around the property were a delight. We especially enjoyed the trail along the ocean and the new boardwalk to the beach. Scott loved golfing the Bay Course a couple of times. We will happily recommend you to others we know who travel often.

I just want to thank all of you folks at Quam Properties for being so kind and helpful with our reservation and stay on Maui. We so enjoyed our Villa, now we are spoiled and will return with another request when we plan our next visit. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The Villa was “more” than we expected and oh so comfortable. We really had a relaxing time.

Just a note to express our appreciation for the quality of service that we received. Your young lady at the front desk was especially gracious and helpful in printing our boarding passes. Your owners have a delightful condo and we enjoyed the very fine furnishings and decor. That view is probably the best we have ever experienced. We would like to thank you and your staff for doing such a professional job. Your customer service has been excellent and the condo was spotless upon arrival. The unit itself was outstanding, and we were especially appreciative of the adequate supplies - towels, soap, etc. as well as a few things we didn't expect such as the boogie boards! We will definitely look to rent thru Quam Properties for our next trip to Maui.

My wife and I just returned from our absolutely wonderful two weeks in Maui. We are very pleased that we found your condo. We can not say enough of how wonderful our stay was, and a big part of that was the condo. The condition the condo was in was fantastic and the location and views were awesome!! We had some friends staying in building 21, they were right on the water but I have to say that both my wife and I like your condo better. It was a larger and in much better condition. The beach was wonderful, a bit windy a couple of days but the fact that we pretty much had the beach to ourselves was great. We loved to go there to boogie board, we spent the rest of our time in Kapalua Bay to swim and snorkel.

Dave and I returned a few days ago from Maui and our stay in your villa. We did not get around to writing a message in your guestbook, so I wanted to write to you and let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo. It exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved staying there. Thank you so much for having such a beautiful, comfortable place and for letting us know of its availability. I loved your furnishings. they suited us perfectly. The view was awesome and we probably spent more time in the condo than we normally would have, just because it was so beautiful and relaxing. Everything was very clean and orderly when we arrived, we did our best to leave it as we found it. Thank you again.
