Thank you for your card, yes we did enjoy our stay in the apartment. We rented two other condos on our visit, we must say that the one we rented from Quam was the best!! The others all lacked something in their appointments, be it sufficient towels or lighting, to broken appliances and often, not too clean!!
Although we understand that Quam Properties are property managers, we must commend you on the cleanliness and the availability of the essentials for a comfortable stay.
I felt very stupid for losing a key and was pleased that you replaced it at no charge. I was quite expecting a replacement fee. We found that the only drawback was the journey. The flights were not too bad, it was the stopovers between flights at Vancouver airport, five hours on the outward and seven hours on the return trip!!
Should we plan another vacation to Hawaii, Quam Properties will be our first choice for accommodations booking. We would like to wish you and the staff a Merry Christmas and joy and good health for 2011.

We had a great time! What a a good time to go, the weather is great, the winds minimal, it only rains in the evening (Camelot??), and the crowds are reduced. We got a lot of Scuba diving and snorkeling in, and just general vacation relaxation. 35B3 is a fabulous location and a great place to be.

We want to thank you for our wonderful stay at Kapalua Bay Villa 12B3. This was perhaps our most relaxed and enjoyable business trip to Hawaii. We thank you especially for allowing us to stay in the Villa we selected. Thanks to Valerie for the terrific arrival information and for the reservations at the Feast of Lele. We loved the feast and the dancing in such a gorgeous setting. This was truly a highlight for us. The Villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable as it could be. We loved having the ocean view from both the upper bedroom and the living area. We enjoyed eating out on the lower lanai, and we said goodnight to the stars each evening on the upper lanai. Our walks around the property were a delight. We especially enjoyed the trail along the ocean and the new boardwalk to the beach. Scott loved golfing the Bay Course a couple of times. We will happily recommend you to others we know who travel often.

My wife and I just returned from our absolutely wonderful two weeks in Maui. We are very pleased that we found your condo. We can not say enough of how wonderful our stay was, and a big part of that was the condo. The condition the condo was in was fantastic and the location and views were awesome!! We had some friends staying in building 21, they were right on the water but I have to say that both my wife and I like your condo better. It was a larger and in much better condition. The beach was wonderful, a bit windy a couple of days but the fact that we pretty much had the beach to ourselves was great. We loved to go there to boogie board, we spent the rest of our time in Kapalua Bay to swim and snorkel.
